System settings let you customize the configuration to fit your needs, including account info, staff management, permission control, print templates, and more.

My Account

View account info, update profile, and renew subscription

My Account

Path:Top-right avatar → My Account

My Account shows your account details and lets you update your profile, change your password, and renew your subscription.

Open My Account

Click your avatar or username in the top-right corner

View account info

See your username, phone number, account status, and remaining days

Update profile

Click 'Edit Info' to update your username, phone, bank account, bank name, and account holder name

Change password

Click 'Change Password', enter your new password and save

Renew subscription

Click 'Recharge' and contact support to complete the renewal

Information in My Account

  • Username: Your account display name
  • Phone Number: Used for login and notifications
  • Bank Account / Bank Name / Account Holder: For financial settlement, editable in 'Edit Info'
  • Invitation Code: Share with new users to invite them; generate it in My Account

Staff Management

Manage company staff accounts. Each staff member uses a separate account to log into the system.

Add Staff

Enter Staff Management

Click 'System Settings' → 'Staff Management'

Click 'Add New'

Click the 'Add New' button in the top right

Fill Staff Info

Enter name, phone number (used as login account), password

Set Role

Select staff role, determines their permission scope

Save

Click 'Save' to complete

Manage Staff

Edit Staff

Click 'Edit' to modify staff information and role

Disable/Delete Staff

Staff can be disabled or deleted after leaving

Tip

  • Each staff uses a separate account for easy operation tracking
  • It is recommended to disable rather than delete staff after leaving to preserve operation history

Permission Settings

Path:System Settings → Role Permissions

Manage staff permissions through roles. Different roles can access different functional modules.

Enter Role Management

Click 'System Settings' → 'Role Permissions'

Create Role

Click 'Add New' to create a new role, e.g., 'Warehouse Manager', 'Salesperson'

Configure Permissions

Check the functional modules that this role can access

Save Role

Click 'Save' to complete role configuration

Common Role Configuration Examples

Please allocate permissions carefully to ensure staff can only access functions needed for their work

Print Settings

Path:System Settings → Print Settings

Customize print templates for various documents to meet different printing needs.

Enter Print Settings

Click 'System Settings' → 'Print Settings'

Select Document Type

Select the document type to set (sales order, purchase order, etc.)

Select Print Template

Choose system-provided template or custom template

Set Print Content

Configure fields to print and display format

Preview and Save

Preview print effect, save after confirmation

Supported Document Types

  • Sales Order / Outbound Order

Configurable Print Options

  • Paper size (A4/A5/Thermal paper, etc.)
  • Display fields (product name, specs, unit price, etc.)
  • Company info and logo
  • Header and footer content

Tip

  • Please test print effect first to ensure printer compatibility
  • Thermal printers need to select corresponding paper specifications

Change Password

Path:Click avatar in top right → Change Password

Regularly changing passwords can improve account security.

Open Change Password

Click avatar in top right, select 'Change Password'

Enter Old Password

Enter current password

Enter New Password

Enter new password (recommend using letters + numbers)

Confirm New Password

Enter new password again to confirm

Save

Click 'Save' to complete password change

Please remember the new password after change. If forgotten, contact administrator to reset

Password Security Suggestions

  • Use passwords with 8+ characters
  • Include letters and numbers
  • Don't use easily guessable passwords like birthday or phone
  • Change password regularly (recommended every 3 months)
